Mimi Wong is Editor in Chief of The Offing, which won a Whiting Literary Magazine Prize in
2019. Her fiction and nonfiction have appeared in Catapult, Crab Orchard Review, Day One,
Electric Literature, Hyperallergic, Literary Hub, Refinery29, and Wildness. For her art criticism,
she received an Art Writers Grant from Creative Capital and The Andy Warhol Foundation. She
is an alumna of Tin House Summer Workshop, Autobiography & Fiction with Electric Literature
residency at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, and Anaphora Writing Residency for
Writers of Color. She graduated from New York University with a BA in English and American
Literature and minor in creative writing. She lives in Brooklyn.
