Make It or Break It: Working with Forms with Suzi F. Garcia
Sunday, August 13
1 – 4 PM PST / 4 – 7 PM EST
Online
In this session, we will be discussing poetic forms and their uses and challenges. What can a form do for a poem? How can we choose the right form? And why do some people choose to “break” a form in their poems? We’ll be reading from contemporary poets in villanelles, sonnets, and much more.
Scholarship
We have one scholarship available for this intensive. Scholarships are conducted through a lottery. If you are interested in submitting your name, please fill out this form.
